I created this stylised image from a photograph I took of my Starfish lever harp.  This harp was created in the heart of Lochaber, almost midway between Glencoe and Ben Nevis in the Scottish Highlands.

The clarsach (Scottish Gaelic clàrsach) is Scotland’s oldest national instrument.  It has been played throughout the land from the very earliest times. Long before the arrival of the bagpipe, it was the mainstay of Gaelic courtly music.
