Pink Prisma Harp Abstract

I created this stylised image to express my experiences at the Edinburgh International Harp Festival.  It is a kaleidoscopic event offering a myriad of sounds and a breath-taking array of opportunities to participate and be entertained. It has always left me happy…. and frazzled!!

The clarsach (Scottish Gaelic clàrsach) is Scotland’s oldest national instrument.  It has been played throughout the land from the very earliest times. Long before the arrival of the bagpipe, it was the mainstay of Gaelic courtly music.
